A new training package on the CopWatch police accountability app has been developed to help inform communities about their rights and responsibilities with police, including recording interactions safely and legally.
The training program is designed to be edited, modified, adapted and delivered by community for community and includes:
- Trainer Guide
- Community Training Presentation
- Know Your Rights & Responsibilities Fact Sheets for each state and territory
The CopWatch trainer guide also includes ideas and tips for holding training activities and events.
