The National Justice Project has been fighting for human rights justice for nine years. We have been fighting for clients who have experienced systemic discrimination and prejudice and we work to seek and set precedents for institutional accountability.
We fight for First Nations justice, health justice, disability justice and refugee justice. Our court cases have helped to establish legal precedents that confirms the government’s duty of care to asylum seekers and refugees in offshore detention.
Our supporters have helped us secure justice for refugee families in two test cases with the Federal Court but we have 40 more cases before the court. We need your support to finish the fight.
